Joseph is an associate lawyer at Howard Yegendorf & Associates. His practice concentrates on personal injury litigation resulting from motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and assaults. He also supports his clients with negligence claims, long-term disability claims, and insurance disputes.
Over the last two years as a summer and articling student with the firm, Joseph gained first-hand experience and knowledge in tort litigation, Statutory Accident Benefits, Canada Pension Plan Applications, and occupier’s liability. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Small Claims Court and participated in dispute resolution processes, including Mediations and Pre-Trial Conferences.
Joseph received his Juris Doctor (cum laude) from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law in 2017 and was recognized on the Dean’s Honour List. While in law school, Joseph served as a law clerk to the Ontario Court of Justice in Ottawa where he assisted judges with criminal, regulatory, and appellate trials.
